all my life i was dieting losse weight than eat again and gain weight and diet again and again and again..
i am getig fat just by thinking to food
i hate exerciseand dieting any more
i want to live like any normal person

good luck. your genes determine all that according to one of the lastest medical journals. we have to "trick" our genes into thinking we are thin.

Don't diet, just portion your food, properly. Make sure you aren't overdoing the carbs and that you are balancing carbs with protein's. If you have a problem with your metabolism get a omega3 vitamin and you should be good to go. hopefully that helps you
The Cabbage Soup Diet! IT WORKS! It's a little hard but you lose the weight! It's a 7 day diet and you can lose up to 15 pounds. I lost 12. And you do keep it off. Once you lose the desired number of pounds, try and eat healthier and excersize. Good luck!
