I don't have any kids, but I have a big family with lots of small children. I know several different ways. My aunt told her son when he did tinkle to tell her next time that way he can use "the big boy potty". And her husband showed him how to tinkle like a man, but then showed him like a little boy would do it (sitting down). My other aunt got a potty that is seperate from the toilet that you'd use. And tell him how much fun it is to potty like a big boy and stuff like that and eventually after a few weeks he went alone, of course he was showed how to take his pants and they used pull ups and easy to remove pants while in the training stage.hope it helped..try parents.com they have many stories!
