See a doctor! Sounds like strep throat, which is high contagious and can lead to heart problems if left untreated for a long time. In meantime, gargle with hot salty water (as hot as you can tolerate and quite salty).

i suggest water. cholraseptic spray only works for about an hour for me, but if ya hit the right spot you could get over an hour. also try pudding, any kind because it feels good on your throat. you just have to wait the soreness out. :)
