I have lost 25 pounds on Atkins. Now, I plan to be very careful what I eat/ small portions. that should work?

Now that I am at a comfortable weight, I plan to be careful and NOT overdo the carbs. That should be ok to maintain my weight. right? Also, how can cereals such as low carb. Speical K be low carb when it has 30 + carbs? Help! How can I tell the difference between good carbs and bad carbs? Is there info. on each pkg. that gives me the right info.?

Unless you plan on eating this strictly for the rest of your life, expect the weight to return as soon as your eating habits change. It's your decision on how you plan to maintain the weight loss, whether you want to keep on a diet like the Atkins (which is proving more and more to be not so good cuz of the ketosis) or just improve your eating habits and what you eat.
Sorry to say but the most effective and healthy way is still to keep active, and burn off more calories than you consume.

carbs are good for youu!! Its not good to overdue carbs but ur liver could fail if you dont eat your carbs. Go to www.herbalife.com and find alot of answers for ur question. Thats the diet I use for bodybuilding. It works, trust me.
