That's the way it is here: pick any two. You can lose weight without starving or heavy exercise, but it will take time. Or you can lose weight fast without starving, but you will need vigorous exercise. Or you can . . . but you get the idea.
I am sure you have heard of drastic measures, like abusing laxatives or vomiting what you eat. One causes damage to one end of your digestive system, and one causes damage to the other. Why not really destroy your body by doing both?
Seriously, if time is of the essence, you will have to eat as light as you reasonably can and exercise as hard as you possibly can. If you really cannot starve, or you really cannot do much more exercise than you currently are, then accept the fact that it will take time. A pound a week is the most you can hope from a sensible program.
i seen this on tv once. take a big sharo knife and slice open where ever the most fat is like your belly or what not. the use the hose from you vacum to suck out the fat. then take your moms sewwing kit and sew your self up. just make surer ypoui remove the stitches about a week or 10 days ;later. depends on if you healed up quick or not
