10 kilos a too much to lose in one month. You need to see your doctor. Get your blood pressure check out before commencing any exercise. Cut down your food intake. Look at your diet. Is it healthy? If not you know what you need to do. If you can do this with a friend. It's usual better to diet with someone than to do it on your own.

You haven't given your weight. If it is too more go on fasting under skilled guidance. Add some exercise and increase it daily and slowly. Stop at proper weight. Break your fast under master guidance only. your fast may last long- for weeks or months too. Don't be afraid of.
