i wouldn't. much seafood, especially tuna and bigger fish, shellfish etc. can have too much mercury in it. mercury is a known cause of birth defects.

some fish is high in mercury:
DON'T eat shark, swordfish, king mackerel or tilefish because they contain high levels of mercury.
I think it is OK, but you might want to find out where it comes from. Some places have higher mercury levels in fish than others.
