I have schizophrenifor. and schizoaffectiov. disorder. what should i do with my life?

I have those 2 conditions mentioned above and my symptoms were suicidal thoughts all the time, homicidal wishes towards my family, and wanting to be taller or else i wanted to commit suicide. Also, I had negative emotions. Mainly in the context that I killed rats by drowning or using fire. thanks

If it's right for you, you could check yourself in voluntarily to a ward. Believe me I hate that idea as someone who has been there involuntarily, voluntary is the way to go. If you're like me and absolutely hate that idea then talk to doctor about getting medication with or without seeing a psychologist. Try to regulate your emotions and take everyone day one step at a time.
