Aloe Vera.it will eventually stop hurting either way but the Aloe helps draw out the heat.

Aloe is good for burns. Your sunburn will peel anyway, probably, since the tissue is damaged, but if you keep it moisturized, it shouldn't be too bad.

Aloe vera, vitamin E or at least a very moisturizing lotion with as little perfume and dyes as possible as it will sting. Drink lots of water!
