Is anyone else in here lactose intolerent?

Im lactose intolerent and it drives me crazy cause i luv milk. Some milk products i can eat but some i cant. I just discovered this year i was lactose intolerent. Its sometimes hard to remeber that im lactose intolerent.

I also have the problem. Strangely I can like have ice cream by itself, but if I had it for desert after a meal - then I would have a problem. They have over the counter medications like Lactaid, which you take a pill with the first mouthful of food. If you have more problems, then it would be good to be more info. from your M.D. I hope you feel better.

For everyday problems you can use Lactaid (an enzyme to help digest lactose in dairy) every time when you eat dairy
use special milk products such as Lacteeze or other "Lactose-free milk" in which the lactose is reduced by 99%. Some "lactose-reduced" milk products have lactose partially reduced- so be sure to read the labels
I think I am, too- there is adult-onset lactose intolerance, which is hereditary, and my Dad is lactose-intolerant. I realized this when I drank too much chocolate milk one time and was bloated and had to keep running to the bathroom. Cheese doesn't bother me, but I don't eat cereal anymore.
i'm also lactose intolerant. IT can be hard at times, but remember to always have something with your diary product (like bread or something) one good thing however, is that it cleanses your system when you have too much and it hurts a lot, but you drop a pound each time. I know i sound mental, but i like that one aspect, but i love cheese and i know how you feel. I drink lactaid milk-i like it more than regular milk!
