I have long blonde hair, how do i make it emo? im not allowed to die it black. any ideas?

Maybe see if you can get it Black-tipped, then make it cover your face so that when you look down, it hangs in front of your face. Make it light enough that you can flip it.

Use a dark colored rinse on it.
just go to a cool salon and get a cool haircut , forget d color , its all about the haircut ;)
