here's my plan:
exercise:
monday-1hour of walking
tuesday-30 crunches, 20 sit-ups, and 20 lunges
wednesday-1hour of walking
thursday-30 crunches, 20 sit-ups, and 20 lunges
friday-1 hour of dancing
eat:
1/2 of everything
6 bottles of water each day
every weekend:
detoxify-drink nothing but water
eat nothing but fruit/veggies
is there anything i should add or subract to this plan?
