anyone have any suggestions on how to organize a good running schedule to stay fit?

Start out by running two days/evenings a week depending on your work schedule. Add a day as you become use to it. Always stretch before running or walking. Try to keep the same schedule. If you miss a day-don't fret, you can continue with your schedule when time allows. Don't over do it. Moderation is best in all things.
