how do you use a tannng bed?

get a good spray tan instead as it will save you a lot of cash and it will be better for you skin in the long run, sun bed are not good for u and they offer NO sun protection... ie skin cancers

First take the hot dogs out of the package.
Then place them evenly on the surface of the tanning bed. Close the lid.
Rotate them every 2 minutes.
They should be done after about ten minutes.

If you're going to use a bed, make sure you have a pair of goggles (to protect your eyes). If there's a bottle of sanitizer spray provided (which there should be unless you can see people walking around cleaning the rooms), clean the bed before and after you use it, just to be safe and to help along the next person. What you wear, if anything is up to you (another reason the sanitizer comes in handy :D), and just get in, push the button and pull the lid down. The place you go might have an automatic timer, like if you prepay for your minutes. I've also been to places where I had to set a time on the bed and there was a second timer just in case so you're not in there too long. You'll obviously need to set those before you get in. Some have radios built in, or you can take your own headphones or just use the time to relax. I used to doze off all the time because it was so warm and it separates you from the world for 20 minutes. Don't worry, you'll wake up when the bed shuts off.
