It should be both casual and sophisticated. Keep in mind that this is Pac Sun, not Banana Republic. So look decent and refined but still have some edge and personality coming through. Maybe even wear some jewelry from their store or something. Show them that you didn't just walk in off the street but also don't look too upscale for the store.

always dress up. don't go in ripped jeans and tennis shoes, but there is no need for a business suit! at my interview with hollister, i wore some trendy slacks and a sweater. look professional, yet fun.

dressy-casual. pacsun is sort of a surfer store, so try some khakis and a long sleeve shirt with sandals. profesional w/o the corporate logo on your forhead, but not like you just came off the streets.

wear some pac-sun gear. Not too much but **** it show them you can look good in their clothes!

Never go to an interview dressed casual, even if the company has this culture. I was a hiring manager for many years and it is better to be overdressed than underdressed. Also remember to attend to the details. Shoes, fingernails, etc.
