My Girl Friend of 21 yrs do not have regular Menses. Doctor said her Uterus is also not developed. How to cure

She is not having periods for Longer times & when she takes medicines for Longer times she get them. but the quantity is lower. If she will get Pregnant? If you know some treatment for this or a therapy or site where the Info Can be found.

If her uterus is not developed and she has irregular periods she will not be able to carry a pregnancy full term,sorry there is no tratment for this
