Why is my nose cold all the time?

I have astma and sinus problems. Could this have something to do with it?
Answers:
No. I have asthma and sinus problems too but my nose isn't cold all the time. I have cold hands all the time though lol.

3. You have a fever, usually you have cold chills with it.
4. Your just cool, and thats your bodys way of cooling off.
