Do you really think you will find the answer on here? Don't be ridiculous, go to a doctor and get a workup done. If, G-d forbid, something is seriously wrong, this could save your life.

You should go to doctor never avoid any think like that, With your age I don't think you are at any risk but still go and check your self.
