Fish oil is a great Omega 3 oil that your body needs to help lubricate all joints and aid in your bodies daily functions. The only thing I know about asprin is that it makes your stomach bleed. My mother was a nurse for many years and she always warned us about taking asprin for that reason. It is also a blood thinner. Whether that has anything to do with what is going on in your body, I don't know. These are facts that most people don't know. I wouldn't have known either if my mother wasn't a nurse.
