I would advise against both. In many cases your body will rebound to its old state. The reason is because most people dont change what caused them to have to have the procedures. In most cases its their diet not being healthy and their minimal exercise regimen. If you do have the surgeries what you are setting yourself up for is a lifetime of having those surgeries. Most people who have either one of them eventually have to go back to have it done again.
