An imponderable question?
Question:
A long time ago I read about this and forgot the answer, so any SERIOUS answers would help me out. Why is it when it's hot during the day you feel sleepy, but when it's hot at night you can't sleep?
Answers:
Ha! Wish I knew.
I always sleep with the fan full blast and the air turned low.
Other Answers:
That's kind of like Radio Shack asking for your phone number just so you can buy batteries. I guess there's just no reason for it.
I don't have much trouble sleeping when it's hot; I kind of like it actually, but I've heard people complain about this phenomenon before. Maybe it has something to do with chemicals the brain produces during different parts of the day?
