my dad is a doctor and he tells my lil sister to use more lotion that has vitamins in it and drink more water.

i have found that bath and body works' lay it on thick lotion works awesome on dry/dehydrated skin!!
Don't use lotions with alcohol in it.
I recommend Neutrogena Hand Cream.
