Dude, chill!! How about getting focussed! ;) I do see almost everyone at my gym in LA doing their thing without being focussed and all the girls stare at me cause my body at 40 looks better than most 20 year olds. Cause I FOCUS and I focus hard on what I'm doing. It makes all the difference in the world. You have to focus on what you're doing, not what you're feeling-as in music, anger, whateva! Focus on the weight and how you're doing it. That automatically helps to correct bad form.
