i love food.. but i have trouble loosing weight.. i either yo yo diet or eat too much!~! what do i do?

You should drink lots of water and exercise at least 15 minutes a day. Also try and stay away from salty and greasy foods. I've done this and I've lost alot of weight. So I know what you are going thru. It's also good to eat lots of fresh vegitables and fruits. Good luck!
