My sister wants to know what are the symptoms of having your potassium low..she thinks she does, but is not sure..so what are they?

The thing is, the woman got this way from very low potassium.

I have had low potassium. I used to get really bad muscle cramps in my calf muscle. I would call them charlie horses. Man it would hurt like crazy. What I did was bought some potassium pills and took them. But really all you have to do is eat bananas but I would see your doctor just in case
