Is astigmatism curable?

Im 15 and ive always had it.

Yes, it is curable. I've had myopia with astigmatism & I've worn glasses since I was twleve.

Underwent LASIK surgery (a mere 25minute op) when I was 19 years old & my eyesight is 20/20 ever since, with God's Grace. Please note that natural degeneration of eyesight as you age occurs. but that's later.

The person above me is right about the age cut-off for the op. You need to be 18 & above before you can go for LASIK.

i believe it is curable..i wear contacts and glasses and I have an astigmatism. when I went to the eye doctor, she told me my astigmatism went down so I think it can go away. hope that answers your question.

It is operable at least, by Lasik Eye Surgery.
It depends on how much do you have. Now, I think you have to be 18 to get eye surgery. So you are probably going to have to wait a bit.
