I am being bitten by an insect, and i dont know what it is?

I live in very hot country, and have started to get really irritating bites, always on my bottom, or the tops of my legs..Nowhere else.Has anyone got any ideas what this could be?

Since you say "top of legs and bottom" it sounds like you are wearing shorts and whatever is biting you is in the shorts or your underwear.

The next question is where do you wash your clothes? If the answer is a public washing machine, then I would look to that as the source of your problem. Try using a different laundromat.

If you don't use a laudromat, then be careful about where you sit and walk. Use a magnifying glas to try and see the biters. There are no insects that are too small to be seen.
