I don't know, but I know that when you scratch an eye, it hurts so much you almost can't open it. If you can open it, then try to see it in the mirror very carefully. An eyelash can be easily found. But don't press it or open it with your hands or try to take the eyelash out!! If you can't even open your eye, then it can be more serious. You should see a doctor.

If it is scratched it will be red and you will feel uncomfortable as if sand or an eye lash is there. Go to the doctor immediately if your eye is red.You need to too because you have a blurred vision, a simple lash would not do that.
