Also often neck or shoulder massages or head and temple massages can help too. Native Americans have chewed the bark of the Willow tree for generations. Willow bark contains a mild pain reliever which is the same thing that is in aspirin. In conjunction with this drink plenty of water and try some Caffeine. Caffeine in small doses will cause your blood vessels to not constrict allowing for better blood flow.
