It is good of eyes to be watery in a mild way .. thats an indication of good health .. I know of dry eye ball where the eye feels dry and irritated ..

Well in your case I suppose it is the opposite..watery eyes..Well i suppose the best would be visiting the doctor .. its better than any other self medication that often mis leads .. to be on the safer side VISIT THE DOCTOR ..
