Gas Ex is good. The chewable tablets has the stuff in it to help relieve gas and also acid.
Liquid Malox taste nasty but works quick. Relief is wonderful.

Prevacid or Tums, but, if what you are feeling is pressure in your chest or pain, you better go to an ER and make sure you're not having a heart attack. The symptom of indigestion is the most common missdiagnosed for an actual heart attack.
Take much water.go to bed early..don't eat too much spicy or fried oily food..antacid is not a prevention to acidity. preferably take mineral water.
And if it happens take antacid tablets..
If it still happens regularly, consult a physician.
Maalox and Zantac. Both sold over the counter. If it gets real bad, see a doctor.
for acidity just add sodawater to half a glass of milk, and drink it, it will work within minutes and is not at all harmfull. for gas problem take some digine syrup, it will also work for acidity.

Try any antacid like digene or Pudina Hara. Avoid eating spicy and fried food stuff. Also don't remain empty stomach for long.
the reasons for acidity are
1. Irregularity in food taking time.
2. Eating habit of too much spicy food.
3. Irregularity in slipping timing.
4. excess consumption of tea and coffee.
5. Hypertension or depression.
6. Ulcerates.
To overcome this problem
1. Stop the use of onion and garlic in you food.
2. Stop drinking cold drinks and alcoholic drinks.
3. Always take 20% less food then your requirement, if you hungry between time then take any light food., avoid fried snacks.
4. Take more water at least 3 litre per day.
5. try yoga and breathing exercises.
6. consult any gestrolosit and if neened also consult any psycetirst.
The quickest way to relieve acidity (I suffer from this) is immediately take a COLD cup of plain milk without sugar/etc. For permanent relief make it a habit to keep a cup of milk in the fridge at night and drink it first thing in the morning. For gas, chew on kachha (raw) jeera or saunf for immediate relief.
u have to employ a good cook at house and eat properly 3 times a day, lavishly, happily and enjoy the food, fruits, vegetables, juices, milkshakes.
