"Could be a bladder infection. Could be you are allergic to something like soap or latex. UTI's are caused by bacteria in your uterine called Candida, so if you take a supplement preventitively you could never worry about it again."
This is wrong. Most UTI's are caused by the E. Coli bacteria. Candida is yeast, and causes yeast infections. A UTI is a Urinary Track Infection. A yeast infection is in the vagina, but can irritate the urethura. This is a secondary symptom of a primary infection in a seperate, if located close together, system of the body. Supplements such as Azo Yeast don't work. They're a waste of money. However, eating more products with active cultures of Lactobacillus have been shown to be helpful in reduction of the overall number of yeast infections in women prone to them.

Go and see a doctor to find out. They will know.
Has your doctor suggested dilation, where graduated rods are inserted into your urethra to gradually stretch it? Gross, I know, but not painful.

Perhaps a yeast infection?
Try eating yogurt every day and drinking cranberry juice. It sounds weird, but when I started eating yogurt I stopped getting yeast infections and cranberry juice is supposed to be good for bladder issues. If you don't like the juice - there are cranberry pills you can buy in the vitamin shop that do the same thing.
