Constant Bloatedness?
Question:
Any remedies ?
Answers:
You should go to a nutritionist and get some advice. There are many different reasons why some people suffer from bloatedness.
The most common cause is normally diet and a common culprit is wheat. However, you could have a food sensitivity or allergy that's causing it. You should also look at your lifestyle or any medications that you're on as that could cause your bloatedness too. Also if you suffer from constipation, it could also add to the complications of your bloatedness.
A nutritionist will ask you to make a food diary and then will assess this and try to make some remedies.
I'm no nutritionist, but I would suggest that you should cut out the following for just 1 week and see how you feel:
All wheat products (biscuits, bread, cakes, pizza etc), dairy products (except probiotic yoghurt), sugary foods (except honey, molasses and natural syrups).
If that doesn't work, resume eating those foods in moderation but for the following week, do not add any extra salt, seasoning salt or soy sauce to your food and see what happens.
Good luck
the feeling will definitely be there at least an hour before the food digest, you can't do anything about it
