As of now, diabetes remains a problem to be solved. There are however drugs aimed to prevent its symptoms from occurring, whch would depend if ur type 1 or 2. Type 1s have to take insulin regularly. type 2s(from too much glucose) take oral antidiabetics. New researches are geared towards preventing the disease itself from occurring especially if u have risks, and as i've recently learned here, stem cells for its treatment.
No, sorry there is no cure yet for diabetes anywhere although some experiments with stems cells and transplant seems promising. It is however a disease that can be controlled.
