Epidural steroidal injection?

Question:

Has anyone ever had a steroid injection in your back?
If so did it help or was your back pain worse after?

life time backpain for some patients and helped some. one size did not fit all.

had one in the neck,lasted 36 hours.

they put me under did the shot.my back doesnt hurt now at all which is great and i can start pt.my L345 are all blown.it helps the pain greatly but there are side effects to the shots.like im having a rise in my blood pressure..but due to the pain i was in i am greatful to be able to move again ps when you get the shot you may feel pain for first few days.but should get better by the second shot i feel no pain
