my 6 year old boy suffers with cramp in his thigh on a regular basis .?
Question:
Answers:
Twitching and cramps can often be caused by lack of Magnesium in the diet. Spinach, beef, greens, tofu, cashew nuts, and wheat bran are good natural sources of magnesium... but getting a 6 year old to eat and enjoy then might be a different story!
But, it would probably be best to go and see the doctor, and then at least you will have peace of mind.
Bad circulation of blood flow. Take him to the doctor.
