All the signs of diabetes but blood tests are negative...?

Question:

i've just had lots of tests to check if i'm diabetic, thanksfully i'm not, although my doc is very confused because i have all the symptoms anyone know of anything else it could be

Not enough details to really help. Could be that you are just not taking enough sugar (leads to headache, dizziness, weakness). Also dehydration can cause similar symptoms - do you live in a dry country? Do you drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
