Has anybody using Splenda noticed they are experiencing head pain/headaches?. read an article saying it does.

Question: I recently noticed I was having headaches,in the back of my head.After reading an article in Womens Day Mag I stoped using Splenda and the headaches dissapeared.The article stated sucrose as the cause.It can be found in many foods.

I have heard that Splenda can cause side effect of headaches. If you have found this to be true for you - you are wise to discontinue use. Personally I think that we should use natural products and use them in moderation. If Splenda is made from sugar then why not just use sugar or avoid sugar altogether if diabetic or watching your diet? We are a nation that thinks we should not have to sacrifice anything - always looking for the easy fix.
