Answers:
internal bleeding is the result due to overdose
Other Answers:
hmm..well toxicity is actually more common in children because of lower bodyweight.to even get the toxic effect of aspirin,u have to eat more than 200mg/kg bodyweight.
but anyway, the common side effect is gastric irritation.
prolonged use may cause hyoprothrombinemia (u'll bleed easily)
and also salicylism (headache, mental confusion, ringing in the ear, sweating n vomiting.)
try not to use aspirin for children if they have fever/flu..it could be viral and this will lead to more problems (use paracetamol instead) .unless ure sure its bacterial,go ahead
