Other Answers:
Well, my guess is no. You must have one REALLY fiber-heavy diet! LOL. Might be a little hard on your a**, but I'd think your body is staying clear of toxins if you're producing that much ca-ca!
it hasn't caused any problems for me. it's my time to relax
Dang you must eat a lot of fiber! Do you feel a need to do this, how long has it been going on?
No, some people have up to 5 bowel movements a day.
No it isn't unless you have diarrhea but even that isn't a bad thing. Your body is trying to get rid of toxins that are not easy to get rid of at times. If you feel ok after you go, then you have nothing to worry about. When you have diarrhea you should let it go and not try to stop it, cause when you do that you are keeping the toxins in your body that will harm you and your body is trying to tell you that. Going more than once a day is actually better for you cause that way you know your G.I. is working as it should. I hope I have answered your question. Take care!
no. frequent defacation is a sign that your body is working great. you are perfectly healthy.
I would say it is very healthy because it is emptying your body of toxic wastes. As long as it is not diarrhea I'd say you are fine. My daughter is a nurse and she said that it is very unhealthy for a person when they don't have good bowel movements. It shows your digestive tract is working well.
i think if someone poops 2-3 times a day, they are probably eating too much. whenever i eat around 1500 calories a day, i poop once daily or less, when i totally pig out, i poop alot more.
If its not diarrhea I think it's normal. However, consult a specialist it can be related to a stomach disorder.
