can whiplash cause nausea?

Question: I fainted three weeks ago and fell flat on my face. In fact my neck and chin took the impact. I now have awful neck and shoulder aches as well as nausea. Is this whiplash?

get to a doctors as soon as possible if you are fainting and nauseous there could be some head trauma. dont delay in doing this
