on man yes they should. that would make me feel more comfortable everytime i run into a law enforcement officer. In canade they sell 222mg Vicodin otc, i think we should adopt that policy. i have been to canada multiple times for that purpose.

No. Controlled substances such as pain meds can be very dangerous, through misuse, through interactions with other medications, through interactions with alcohol, etc. Also, pain is a signal that something is wrong with the body. If someone can just grab a high-powered pain killer, the pain is masked and the problem remains unsolved.
no they should not. average pain should be treated with an otc med such as advil or tylenol. if pain would require something more such as a narcotic it should always be monitored by a md. narcotics have the high potentail of making a person chemically as well as mentally addicted . they should never be taken without a md knowledge and guidence
