it shoiuld not but any stuff may affect the period if yr body is sensitive
Yes all drugs can mess with your cycle.

Irregularity can also be caused by stress, age, and a variety of other factors.
No it can not change your periods however having stress can cause it along with birth control and hormone pills or possibly being pregnant can.
Yes! Narcotics can play tricks on your system, and will cause all kinds of side effects. If you read the side effects of Vicodin, you may be surprised at how many things it can cause.
Pregnancy, weight, diet, and antibiotics can make it irregular. dunno know about vics
How can people take that stuff? I took it once for after a surgery and it makes you so dizzy...but to your question, I'm not sure.
If these pills were prescribed to you, you should already know possible s/e's. Call your pharmacist.
If they were NOT yours, you shouldn't taking them. That's just not very bright.
Since Vicodin is codeine and Tylenol I'd think it would relax you to the point of starting a late period. If you're late there may be something else going on -- such as syncing up with a new girlfriend, stress, pregnancy.

Any possibilities?
