Question: overseer needs to watch for every penny and make sure it gets for that purpose!Has to be an honest person too!I think every penny spent anywhere needs to have an overseer to make sure it gets to designated place.Cut all that pork barrell.Hungry and life is worth more than one red penny!greedeyness has to go!Embelezzlers too!Our USA has to keep all our Americans working here!Some of our kids are starving because familys breadwinners are laid off because there company has gone for cheaper labor to another counrty!We cannot help anybody till be help ourselves.Then we are stong enough to help others!
