I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. There are several causes for this, but the most common ones are IBS the other is colon cancer or if you have a loose bowel caused by a gastrointestinal problem such as food poisioning etc.

Usually an infection which is what causes diarrhea. Perhaps you should see a doctor to get a stool sample examined. It could be bacterial, parasitic, viral or fungal. Bacterial and parasitic being the most likely in your case.
