Where can I get a good back support for my chair?

If you work for a large company then I recommend you speak to somebody in your Human Resources department and request an Occupational Health assessment. As far as I know emloyers over a certain size are required to provide this by law. You may be able to get a more suitable chair to sit on or may be provided with a lumbar support cushion.
If you are not able to do this then I recommend you ring your local council and ask them as they may be able to arrange for you to see an occupational therapist, if the pain is seriously affecting your life. They may carry out an assessment and be able to recommend products which may help. They may also have a selection of supports so you can find one which suits you.
I hope you find what you need, best of luck, Mel.
I'm sitting with one right now.......just Google it, there are dozens of suppliers. It cost my employer £40 hahaha
