What do you do for the itch that follows a bad sunburn?

I usually squirm and scream!!

Some say to use an aloe cream or bathe in vinegar, but for me, only time heals.

I use aloe vera gel that can be bought at any drug store. It really helps to soothe your skin.

medicated aloe vera its blue and you can find it at Rite Aid, Walgreens etc.

Take Benedryl for the itch and Aloe Vera for the burn.That's what I do :)

Over the counter Sarna lotion is great for itching. Avoid any topical creams that contain the drug "diphenhydramine" (aka Benedry cream) because these can cause allergic reactions in some people.
