Question: ok the is i have this thing its called niera in spanish its wen the meat in ur leg gorws over ur nail and its very painful,,welll the syptoms are sweling wen i take off the things ariund it i start bleeding alot also wen i touch sumthing with my toe it hurts like hell we have no insurance rite now so we cant do nething but i hope i can do it yself so how do u cure this thing plz help me!!
