Where do charlie horses come from?

Question:
I get Charlie horses in my leg often. Why is that? what does my body need?

Answers:
Magnesium my dear, magnesium. It must be the correct type however. There are certain cal-mag products that are fantastic. Often sore/spasming muscles can be aleviated markedly with simply a very effective magnesium supplement. Magnesium oxide is not particularly effective. Magnesium citrate is better absorbed. I don't mean to downplay the importance of Calcium. Calcium alone will deplete the body of magnesium. Many sports-medicine professionals recommend a 1:1 ratio of Calcium to Magnesium these days as there are SO many things in our modern society that simply deplete Magnesium. Miss, please repond personally to me if you get or do not get results with what I have strongly suggested. I would like to know results to better assist in the future both myself and others. It is important to me that I give good usable information. I believe I am.

Your body doesnt need anything! You may put pressure on a spot for a long time and cause one, orsimilar. Not too much u can do about it!

Charley horse tends to effect people with tight, dense muscles . You may need more potassium in your diet. Potassium doesn't store in the body and is needed to help balance sodium levels. Try a supplement at your local healthfood store.
