Do people make mistakes based on their personalities?

Question:
I've gathered alot of bad injuries over time , because i do something suddenly and i don't think about the effects. Examples:
-torn knee ligament because i ran 3 blocks as fast as i could without stretching..i'm still living with this
-torn chest ligament because one day i had this idea to do a backbend( backwards ) to try to touch the wall with both hands but as soon i tried it OUCH something broke. i'm still living with this
-i have some kinds of arthritis because one day i just decided to lower my self by bending my knees while i was video taping. I just never thought i could get hurt but now my knees hurt so bad and it doesn't go away.

anyways, i'm a person who now thinks before doing stuff, but in my past i have done things suddenly just because i feel the urge to do it, but i never thought i would get hurt. I've never seen anyone with injuriesl ike me..

Answers:
People does make mistake and sustain injuries through life because of their personality and how they think. However some people can relate mistakes they did in the past so they wouldn't repeats again in the future; even avoid similar mistakes.

However most these mistakes are emotional or spiritual, where they broken their bond with family and friends or make a bad decision with their lives. It is much rare to see a person such as youself inflicting physical mistake that damage your body many times before learning the lesson.

Life is a learning experience, as long as you learn your lesson that's all there is. However you do have to live with the consequence of your actions, hopefully you will apply this lesson and use it wisely in all your decision making. ^o^
